WAGAN Corporation's one (1) year warranty only offers repair
or replacement. If you would like to inquire a credit or refund,
please contact the company in which you purchased the item from.
Please make note that return policies may vary among different companies
and not all will grant credit or refund.
Individual Returns
1. Place the item in a safe and well-padded mailing container.
2. Please write us a short note describing what is wrong or what
went wrong with the product. On that same note, please give us your
return address (NO P.O. boxes, please) and include your Return Authorization
(RA) number. Please call (800) 231-5806 to obtain an RA number.
3. Provide us with a copy of your original receipt, (if you cannot
locate the original receipt, provide us with a copy of the proof
of payment- i.e. cancelled check, credit card statement, email confirmation
from online retailer).
4. Tape #2 & 3 onto the product, so that they do not get lost
in packing material.
5. With your RA# in BOLD LETTERING on the front of the package,
mail to:

6. Please note: When sending a return to WAGAN via the U.S. Postal
Service, be aware that there is no way for you to track the package.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
7. Please allow 3 business weeks for your repaired/replacement
unit.
*Return Authorization Numbers (RA#'s) are only valid for a period
of 30 days.

1. Please fax all RA# requests to (510) 490-9225.
2. Please include the following in the fax:
- Company's Name
- Contact person
- Fax number
- Item# (Item of return)
- Quantity
- Reason (Overstock, Defective, etc.)
